You can now Buy Online, and Pick-Up In-Store at your local Hawthorne Store! This convenient service allows you to get your item FASTER and SAVE on shipping costs.
All you need to do is select "Pickup In Store" under the Add to Cart button before you add the item to your cart. If the item is available for Pick-Up In-Store, you can select also this option in your cart after it has been added to the cart as well.
If the option for Pickup In Store is not present under the add to cart button, then Pickup In Store is not available at this time for that particular item.
Before going to the store, please wait to receive your store pickup notification E-mail. This email arrives within 30 minutes* on average, and confirms that your product is in stock and available for pickup. Your credit card will not be charged until you pick up your item(s) at the store*.
(*In the event you paid using the Hawthorne/Synchrony credit card, your card will be charged at the time your on-line purchase is made).
For security purposes, only the person who placed the order can pick it up. Please bring your order #, photo ID, and the purchasing credit card (the name on the credit card used for purchase must match the name of the person who is picking up the order). If you purchased using a Gift Card only, please bring your order #, Photo ID, and Gift Card with you.
*If you have ordered after store hours, you will not receive the store pickup notification E-mail until the next business day.
In order to avoid cancellation, please pick-up your item(s) within 48 hours.
